<p>I lost my phone in last year October tried to do a sim swap only to be told i have an contract sim with these ********** and i should call them where i have no knowledge of ever singing any contract with them they gave me a reffernce number and said they would get back to me in 2 working days more than 4 months later still no reply . They never anseer when i call in or my airtime goes out is this even legal ??? Can i take legal action against them </p>
