***** using My Cell Number

Good Day I have a problem my contract which is under edgars has been so cruel and selfish whereby I reported my phone that it was ****** more than 3 weeks ago they advise me that they will call me back after then they called me on the 06/01/2018 they told me they did it however even today nothing then I got a message from a friend saying that I have tried calling him from the very same number that I reported ****** so I called them today then they advised me that they will call me after 24-48 hours I tried telling them that the people having that simcard can easily do ***** on my account they told me theres nothing they can do tried asking for their manager they told me he was in a meeting and should call back can some one please please help me as the is nothing much I can do. The name of the company is RMCS their number is ********** 011
