***** of rcms

My name is nomthandazo I have an Edgar's account, 4 months ago a guy fr rcms approached me with the cell c sim card, saying the are promoting cell c free sims but they are only given to people with accounts only. He then said he needs to check if my acc is active first before giving me the sim card and he did that. And now rcms is always taking money from my account every month and when we call them from the store they always say the will call me to reverse all the funds they took from my account but they don't call. They always give me new ref number say they will call to attend to my matter, they have not called till today. It makes me angry because they are making me pay as if I am getting airtime from them and am not getting anything. I need help I can't keep on paying for something I don't know
