***** committed, RMCS put my simcard on contract without my concern

<p>I called Vodacom to make a sim swap on the 24 the November,I was so shocked when the consultant told me they cannot help because my sim card is on contract and I have to call the company RMCS, I nearly fainted because as far as I know I have been using my voda numbers since 1997 and it has been prepaid. I do not have any papers nor any verbal agreement with RMCS.I really want this company to cancel this arrangement with immediate effect.Thank you</p>
