<p>My prepaid number ( ********** 752) has been converted to a contract yet I have never had any contact whatsoever with this company or it's affiliates. Unable to resolve as no one answers the phone. The one time they answered after holding on for 18 minutes I received a ref nr ********** 884913 and they promised to call back in 48 hours. It's going on for the 4h day and still nothing</p>
