I wrote a complaint about this company about 2 days ago and they called me to say they have scheduled a pickup with the courier for a phone that has not been working since last year October, the courier never came. Now to my suprize I got an sms from them threatening to take me to their legal team,becoz I reversed the last 2 payments becoz I got tired of paying for a phone that hasn't been working for 9 months and that I have reported a thousand times and nothing was done...now all of a sudden they will send me to legal team ,for what exactly..I am sick and tired of this nonsense to say the least..pay back my money for all these months and come fetch ur useless phone for crying out loud
