<p>my vodacom sim was somehow converted to an rmcs contract without my consent. i have beeen calling them since January to rectify and they still have not. all calls i recie now are on private number and when i call vodacom they direct me to rmcs to rectify. i have been calling almost everyday for 11 months now. the last ccalll was yesterday and the reff for that call is ********** 833775 but still my problem has not been resolved. they keep saying an agent will contact me till today no one has called me. i am missing important business opportunities because of this. i am not impressed ata all</p>
