I have a cellphone line that received a sms late Friday night saying a sis swap was requested. I reported this early Saturday morning. To date this has not been resolved. I was told that the number has now been recycled. No one can resolve the matter. My airtime has been ****** by RMCS.<br> <br> I am horrified with this level of service and had a lot more faith in an organisation that carries the edcon name. Unfortunately, the network provider has no power to do anything. I consider this a warning against using these third party organisations.
