Filling a Complain under Blue Label

I want to file a complain for Blue Label. 3 weeks back I lost my phone and I called Vodacom for a sim swap they told me that my Sim card is under a contract of Blue Label connect as it was not the first time i lost sim card last year I found out about blue label when i tried to do sim swap I than Asked them to cancel the contract because I dont need it and we didn't have any aggrement of a contract they just top in R50 Airtime so I asked them to cancel the contract put me back under prepaid they said they will do now I lost my phone and when I call Vodacom they say its still under Blue label this is the 3rd week asking them to remove my no. From contract. Yesterday I called and spoke to Lebohang she said i must wait 2 full weeks I than asked to speak to the senior she gate to her Manager and the manager said my no. Is not in connection with their company its with RCS he than gave me their number, he made me a fool because i don't have any account with RCS and Vodacom said my number is in contract with Blue Label plz intervene they mistreated me and worse part I dont have R116 of buying contract sim card at Vodashop m no longer working.
