I took a contract with them on a cell phone, it worked only 2 months, starting to freeze, battery never last a day. I reported the matter even today I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue and they are fast to call me for payment arrangements as i told them how can i pay for phone that is not working and I made payment reversal I think thrice thinking they will speed up the process of resolving the problem but no one ever called me about the matter i reported.
