I received a call from a consultant representing Blue Label Connect(Cell C) in the month of March 2022 by the name of Judy Stefani who sold me a cellphone contract but **** about the name of the device being a Samsung Galaxy A31 instead I received a ZTE Blade A31 after I repeatedly asked her if its a Samsung device to confirm the brand & she said "YES", Then on the 5th of April I received the parcel & 10 minutes later I called them(Andy,Nolukhanya)to cancel the deal until I came across one the most disgruntled employee by name of Racheal on the 8th of April then on the same call spoke to the Team leader Candice & to this day I have NOT receive any feedback beyond the 72hours promised.
