Good day,

We acknowledge the query raised and confirm that the Vodacom number has been successfully migrated to prepaid as per system records and telephonic discussion.

Please be advised as the email response sent to you that any SIM swap process must be done directly through Vodacom and will require a RICA-registered SIM card purchased at a Vodacom store in line with their standard security procedures.

We trust this clarifies the process. Should further assistance be required, you are welcome to contact us.

Regards,
Tshepang

Please note that for further clarity that we have provided you with an authorization letter via email to present at Vodacom together with your ID copy and Proof of Residence.
