Blue label connect called me March and told me I had won a voucher, little did I know they'll be subscribing me for a service I'm not even getting for R300 on my Makro credit card. Called them a no. of times requesting cancellation and was told in the 15th of April cancellation will be done within 30 days . To my surprise I was debited on the 25th of May, called and spoke to team leader by the name of Brownwy and line was disconnected, called again and spoke to consultant Yoni who eventually dropped the call because I was waiting for a team leader to take the call. Can I have an ombudsman I can refer query to and I believe this is ***** and day light *******. I can't be debited for a service I've never received and when requesting cancellation I'm being sent from pillar to post. I don't care about being refunded I just want them to cancel this ****** subscription
