Electricity voucher

the most unreliable and pathetic service I have ever received! No one gets back to you ! You have to call in everyday and get the same response and no managers ever attend to issues. I purchased electricity on the 11th of January 2025 for my mom it went off my card but I didn’t receive the voucher I have been calling for the last 2 weeks still no voucher and the prepaid system is upgrading tomorrow and I still haven’t received any feedback shame as for the agent they are always escalating but there’s never feedback from higher management! It’s pathetic I have no words! Please refund me my money
