Edgars- RMCS unauthorised airtime contract

I have been receiving airtime and when i call vodacom they tell me that i have a contract with RMCS (To my suprise). I then called RMCS to find out when did i agree to that contract and request it to be cencelled/closed, the guy i spoke to was so rude and told me its a free airtime it cant be cancelled. Now i need to do a sim swap but im stuck, i have been calling rmcs all the consultants i speak to are so rude they keep giving me a ref number to call after 48 hours but i dont get assistant and i really need my simcard i cant even access online banking now i am behind with my payments because of it. I dont understand why Edgars is not protecting us because we go to them with our details trusting them now they cant even protect us from this 3rd party, worse part i didnt agree to this airtime thing now im struggling and when i call edgars its just the same as rmcs. what is it that we need to do now, this is nonsense really
