Edgars and RCMS *****

RMCS and Edgars have added some subscriptions item to my edgars account without my knowledge or consent. This has been for the past several months. Edgars have called and repoted it to them but with nothing being done they are no help at all. When contacting RMCS after spending hundreds or rands in airtime and hours on jold i get told they will look into it. I get no reply or correspondence from them at all. No one there knows what is going on. How is it that they can just charge me for a service I have never hear of. The amount in now in the hundreds. Now they have eventually cancelled it but with no details regarding the handers of rands already paid from my account.

This is a very ********** company and worst of all they are approved ,facilitated and pushed on customers via edgars platform.

Its easy to see why these big companys are in finacial turmoil.

Im hoping someone with the smallest amount of work ethics from wither company can contact me to explain why they are doing this to me.
