EDCON RMCS CREDIT QUERY

I was called and offered a free service for airtime since I'm one of "EDCON's valued customers". My Edgars account was fully paid and a month later I get a statement with a charge for the "free service " I was offered. I don't even know what that service worked as I never used it. I've been calling every month for the last 3 months requesting cancellation and a credit and up till today I'm STILL HAVING TO FIGHT TO REQUEST MY CREDIT. I cannot use my EDCON account anymore due to the charge on my account which I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR.
