I took a contract phone with them had it for 2 weeks an wasn't happy with it courier came to collect it 3 months later I haven't heart anything from them beside them asking me to pay witch I refused.then I'm mailed being told my phone is dispatched to the courier an I should let them know if I did not get it an I did no response yesterday I got a mail saying I should send a contact number for the repairs centre so how do u phne go frm being dispatched to the courier back to the repairs centre it's been 8 months
