Double Debit
Good Day,
Hope this finds you well.. Im writing this in deep disappointment and regret. I have a contract with Blue Label Connect which was supped to commence payment Yesterday, but I have been debited twice which was not part of the agreement.
Id like to have my money for the second debited refunded to me, and please kindly stick to the agreement which was stated.
Your response will be highly appreciated.

31 May 2023, 15:17Good day Mr. Nkosi
Please note that your first debit was supposed to be on the 29th of April, however, you missed the payment.
Therefore, a payment arrangement was made on your account because you were in arrears by one month already.
You were debited twice for last months' missed payment and this months' scheduled payment.
As a result, your account is now up to date.
Kind regards
Thembinkosi
