dont want to cancel my contract

I have been trying to get hold of this RCMS who keep on telling me that somebody is going to call me back to cancel the contract that they entered into without my consent. I am tired of talking to people who arent able to help me when its something I dont want. I have been explaining that I dont want this contract yet nobody is listening. Nothing seems to be functioning well on my phone due to the contract that I am entered into. This is so bad and I am really not happy at all. Fix the way you go into contract with people.
