Don't trust blue label connect

I made a payment with blue label connect settling my account provided them with P. O. P they have not allocated my payment they have not provided me with a paid up letter, this company does abide to any law they are registered creditors but do not follow south african law that's concerning for me, i would not recommend this business to anyone their customer care and billing process needs to revisited they lie and **** 🚮 blue label please provide me with my paid up letter urgently
