Don't go for them they are a ****

They called me offering me a phone contract but to my surprise a phone that was delivered didn't have the agreed specifiction as we agreed on 128 gig space and more but the one they gave me had 32 gig space and when i checked the price of the phone it cost R2000 more or less, whereas they expected me to pay R479 for 24 for that phone. As a results i cancelled the agreement the following day unless they were willing to give me the right phone. That was the few days ago, they keep telling me their courier will collect the phone ip until today the phone is sitting on my table. Now they debited my account twice in two days which i don't understand what for and i want my money back. If not i will use all the connection i have in media platforms to expose these people to warn South Africans about them. I need my money back immediately.
