Dissatisfied client

Again, RMCS has managed to disappoint and not keep their word. A couple of weeks ago I had a huge problem with RMCS not assisting me in issuing a Sim Swal Letter of Authorisation. I asked them to cancel my contract. A guy called Themba called me one morning to find out if I received the letter after many attempts to get hold of the company. He assured me that my number will be released from the contract but as it turns out my number is still on this damn contract. I just tried to call the company and AGAIN nobody is answering the damn phone. He told me that I would receive an SMS confirming that my number is no longer on contract. I still haven't received that SMS

RMCS do something about your services and do something about my number. I no longer want to be on this contract
