Dishonesty

Hi Peter iam Eric Sandleni id no *** from Nelspruit mpumalanga mbombela .i buy a contract phone at blue label connect and it was not working I diceded to cancell the contract.i return back the phone.The say would cancel the debit order to my acount Suddenly they deduct the money on 28.11.2024.i try contact them they say they would return the money . Still i did not get the cash .they are saying i must wait for 14working days and iam suffering because of someone mistake.can you assist me iam dept because of them.
