HELLO. This has to be the worst service. I received a call about a month ago and the lady said that she will email me the cancellation forms and will process the cancellation. They will then refund my debit orders. I have neither received the cancellation forms nor my refunds.... I DEMAND THE FUNDS BACK NOW....

Cancellation ticket closed - closing cancellation ticket device received at Bradian device good /sim card was missing confirmed 3 payments received, two payments refunded /promissory cancelled and contract already deactivated.
Please check your statement for December to see if you were not refunded.
