Disgusting service

I have took out a contract with blue label connect and its not even 3 weeks now that the phone as stopped working from the time i took out this contract i have been having problems with the phone when i called in today to cancel my contract i was told that i have to pay r5800 to cancel for a phone that i only had for 3 weeks blue label connect 1st you give me a phone that is worth r1500 and charge me 399 2nd you charged me full for having the phone for half the month 3rd you gave me half of the data nd minutes that you guys promised you guys said that the phone is worth more then that but really its not and to cancel a contract you expect your customers to pay a amount that is unexpected..... theres no words to discribed how unhappy nd disappointed i am with your services....also your telesales agents and agents that we call are rude....
