Disgusted

Blue label is a disgusting company. I took out a contract with them. A month ago my phone was ******. I asked for insurance when taking out the contract no one could help me. When I took out the contract I asked for the debit date to the be the 28th. Today the 23th they took off the debit order. My last 300 in my account till pay day. How is this right? This is ********. Now I have no petrol to get to work and we have food till payday. What kind of a company is this. I want a answer now
