Disgusted by bluelabel contract cell phones

i am very very dissapointed on this contract company........their service its i very poor and bad....i called them 3 months ago repeatedly informing that i have lost a fone.no one assisted me i wrote here and it is when i receive their call .it was the first and the last .they are still deduct my money while im not even using their sim card...i asked them to do a sim swap since its a contract none has happened people don't you dare take a contract phone with blue label....its sucks..really sucks
