Disappointed

I was looking for a cellphone contract. Was told to wait for 7days so that they can find a suitable contract for me. They took my credentials and everything. All of a sudden I receive a bank notification for registered mandate from rednapkin which I did not authorize for!!! And they said I'd first receive my phone then they could deduct anything. Now I do not know what this R95 they're taking is for
