Disappointed

I'm so irratated, I want my number back but getting the authorizing letter is very difficult. The consultants from RMSC do not know how to do their jobs they can't explain the simplist things. I was put on hold for more than an hour because they did not know something. They say I have another contract and not them, which is funny because when I went to bodacious show they say my number is only under the RMSC contract. I don't know what to do anymore. It's funny because this is not the first time I make a Sim swap, the last time everything went smoothly
