De*****ed by Blue Label Connect

Blue Label is a ***** company. On the 10th Jan 2025, I received a call from a lady claiming to be from RCS. Since I have an existing account with RCS, I entertained her. She said RCS is offering me 2 vouchers totaling R650 which I can use at Checkers and Dischem. If I use the voucher, I just pay R59 and it will be added to my RCS account. I understood this to be a once off good deal cos out.of the R650, I only pay back R59. She said they'll be an sms link with voucher already activated to use. After the call, I never received the sms. On Saturday 11 Jan 2025, I browsed through my RCS statement and I discovered a R59 Blue Label subscription added to my installment. Out of shock, I called RCS to enquire. They told me that I subscribed to Blue Label and I asked them what is that. Then I realized that this must be from the lady who called on 10 Jan, claiming to be from RCS. RCS gave me Blue Label Connect contact details to address the issue with them. Blue label connect, please reverse my money. I never new that you're subscribing me. This is *****.

No, I did not say yes to Blue Label Connect subscription. I was de*****ed by the Blue Label Consultant. She was offering a voucher by RCS and she said she was calling from RCS. She never mentioned anything about Blue Label and that this is a monthly subscription. This was ***** done by your employee representing you. You must return my money (R59) or I will take this further to Ombudsman. You'll have to play the call recorded between me and that Consultant on the 10th January to get the facts. She is a *****.
