Debiting account without delivery service

I called 14th of Jan to cancel my order since they had delay in delivery, to my suprise my account was debited 24th of Jan. 10 days later and there is no reason. i have not been refunded and Tammy Gordon's keeping taking me from pillar to post. Avoid them at all cost
