Debit Order Dispute /Useless Service and not Good Quality Phones

I just spoke to a lady by the name of Phumza,the lady is so rude,no Customer service at all,She tells me that no one at Blue Labels speaks native language i have to speak English's with her,And that statements are only send to customers as per request, I explained to her I am disputing my the debit order they took from me, cos by contract was finished with them, I gave her my email address for her to send me a statement,she has not done it.I would advice that you do not buy anything from Blue Label Connect,their phones are not good Quality at all.
