I was called last week for a cellphone contract with Blue Label Connect (Cell C). I advised that yes I would take out the contract, went on thinking about it and decided not to take the contract as it is very expensive for what I am getting, vodacom offered me a better phone with more benefits for much cheaper. I called today to advise that I no long want the phone. The consultant were very rude. I explained to her ok if the package is with the courier company please advise or give me their number to call them and advise I do not want the package anymore. Now all of a sudden I receive an sms saying I will pay R495 for what or be handed over. Please everyone do not take out contracts with these people. Handed over for something I did not even receive. I am calling to cancel but they will not accept the cancellation. The other problem is why should I swipe my bank card and put in my pin when they deliver the package. I am no longer interested. Imagine R495 for a package not even received. This is **************** which you guys do.
