The worst company ever!

I cancelled the airtime subscription and have been calling Edgars to get RMCS to convert my Vodacom number to Prepaid. They promised me a call back and resolution in 48 hours - it has been 3 nerve wrecking weeks!

My number has not been converted to Prepaid and I urgently need it because I need to take a Contract with Vodacom for business purpose!

RMCS is the worst company, they should be reported for ********** activity and never be able to trade again!

I WANT MY REQUEST ACTIONED NOW!!!
