Day Light ******* by a Blue chip company paying for a service with no returns

It is with a big disappointment that Blue label is busy debiting my accounts however i have submitted all the bank accounts yet today i have not received a statement on my cellphone account, the companies agent do not understand and they will send you to pillar to pillar without clarity i will not recommend anyone to this company i have complained more than 5 times with no help and they selling cellphones which it takes them 1 year to repair, for example i have send inn my cellphone inn for repairs around August no one bothers to tell me how far is the process of repairing i do not blame them what is happening to them their customer agents are always promising they will get back to you empty promises
