Damaged phone and cancelation of contract can't get hold of them to cancel the contract
I took out a contract for my wife. After a few months the fone broke. The screen comes on but it doesn't want to go into the apps. I foned them and they came and collect the phone. After 2 weeks they call me back and told me that the insurance on the phone doesn't cover the damage and that I must pay R1800 in to get another phone. I told them that I'm not going to pay that amount because it wasn't our fault that the phone doesn't work. I told them that I want to cancel the contract. They said I must call the customer care service. I called that number for 3 days now but it says that the number you've dailed are busy.
