I'm very distraught, blue label connect has proven to be ****** and not to be trusted. The issue of them debiting my account even though I don't have a contract with them is still not resolved. An agent called Gladys called me on Thursday and promised to call me 28/09/2020 to let me know when my refund will be processed, that didn't happen - i still await that call and my money back. Please help me expose this company, they are **********.
