Convert my number back to prepaid TODAY

On the 10th Feb I received smses saying my number has been converted into to a top up contract and my account will be debited within 48hours. I don't remember authorizing that on my cellphone number. Ever since that day, my BIS was taken away meaning I don't have access to my social networking services and they loaded airtime on my number. Between the 10th Feb and now I spoke to 4 different consultants who all confirmed \ logging a query "for me and that I would receive a call within 48hours but no one has ever called. The last consultant i spoke to confirmed that my number was converted back to prepaid but said that the services would be available on my phone from the 1st of the month. Today is the 1st and nothing is happening"
