CONVERSION OF MY CELL NUMBER

to whom it may concern,<br> i have learned that i have a contract with RMCS through MTN Wonderpark when i had app**** for a cellphone contract.<br> <br> i tried to get assistance from RMCS and i was told that the contract was going to be cancelled and my number will go back to pre-paid, Tshepo from RMCS initially assisted me and gave me this reference number *** and told me the matter was going to be resolved within 24 to 48hrs and this was on 6/05/2015.<br> <br> i called again on the 11/05/2015 to follow up and i spoke to Bongani who also told me that the matter was going to be resoled within 24 to 48hrs and gave me another reference number ***.<br> today is the 18th of may 2015 my query isn't resolved and i''m not getting any feedback and RMCS has no proper channels for follow ups, they simply don't care.<br> <br> i re**** on my phone number *** to conduct my business on day to day bases.<br> now my number is out of service due to this long delay of so called \conversion"from RMCS. i wouldn't recommend RMCS services to anyone even if you paid me too. the service is absolutely terrible and their stuff (Bongani) need training in dealing with clients. i'm totally disappointed.
