Contracting my simcad without my consent

I recently find out that you guys contracted my vodacom simcard without my consent.This was brought to my attention when I was doing a sim swap after loosing my phone.I would like to know who gave you permission to do so and would also like to know how am I paying for that contract.I really do not need your free airtime or smses or whatsover you provide.Please send me a copy of the signed agreement that I made you when taking this contract.Be advised that I will be seeking legal assistance concerning this.It's clear that you do not have pre checks in place when signing up contracts behalf of a third party.If you did then you would have known that I do not need any contract with you.My number is ********** 593/ **********
