CONTRACT WITHOUT MY CONCENT

Good day<br> <br> I am so fed up with RMCS.....I've been calling them since last year to cancel the contract that I dont even know about it...never signed or have agreement with them.Phoned them again on 05.02.2016 for follow up spoke to Nancy she advised that contract was cancelled gave me reference number (***) and told me that she sent email to mtn and I will get sms shortly states that my number is back on prepaid and contract is cancelled.Phoned mtn yesterday 08.02.2016 funny no email from RMCS. My concern they are charging someone because I am not charged about this airtime and told them I dont want it.Yesterday 08.02.2016 missed call( ***) from Tamara left voicemail saying that must contact her regarding my contact on *** then phoned her today 09.02.2016 she denied that she phoned me and left voicemail.<br> If they cant fix this will take further actions...have all references from last year and the agent names.
