CONTRACT TERMINATED BUT IT WAS PAID EVERY MONTH

Ive taken out a cellphone contract last year March 2024. Every month they deduct the amount from my bank. The phone now needs repair and now all of a sudden they said that my contract was terminated. Where did all my money go? Every time we phone it is the same story.
