Contract phone with Vodacom/ Blue Lable Connect

I have the contract phone with Blue Lable connect and I pay every month but I check my credit score, I lonly find that I am behide with payments or errears and I dont understand how because I do pay every month. I am not happy at all and I tried to get help from them by send an email and call the call cntre but no responds on email and call cntre it nightmare no answer after sometimes just says thank you good bye ***). I dont no how they are link with vodacom but I went to vodacom and I told to deal with Blue Lable connect. I am not happy with the phone does not work always freezing.

I need help with this issue and fix my credit score because I dont owe them anything.
