Contract i never agree on or signed with RCMS

<p>Last year November i bought a new phone and when i tried to do do a sim swop for the micro sim thats when i learned that this company has my number and it was under someone's name and both i and vodacom requested a letter of cancellation and they said they will email it, but still today no luck. Now its even worse that Its been four to five months now that m unable to do a sim swop because rmcs is always not available on the phone. Please help i need my number back because everything depends on it. The number was ********** </p>
