CONTRACT CELLPHONE NUMBER

My vodacom prepaid number was changed from prepaid to a contract number with the RMCS retail mobile credit specialists without any concern given. A month ago I called asking to port to another network and was told that I can't since the number is on contract with the edcon group went to Jet they told me they can't help either the RMCS people are not answering the phone either. RMCS has been called several times by me and the Jet people with no success. Been given several reference numbers that didn't help me at all. How do I get back my prepaid number and who is to cancel this contract I know nothing about? Is this some kind of **** or what? What is vodacom doing to help with such since the consultants can't help at all. Been wasting my airtime and money trying to resolve something I didn't ask for. This is completely unfair and wrong.
