Contract cancellation Request.

I requested a cancellation of a contract in April 2018, even today i still have issues with my sim card and Vodacom cannot assist they say i have a contract with RMCS. I don't know who they are, i never signed any contract with them.

I have tried calling them and Vodacom also tried transferring my call to them, i hold for 45 minutes and that call was just dropped. i really don't know what to do anymore.

I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED WITH EMMEDIATE EFFECT! ***
