Contract cancellation and ITC

Paid my 24 month's contact at which it ended but still receiving my cell c monthly package. Cell C can't cancel anything because my number is listed with 10 other numbers. When I tried to apply for another contract with a reputable company my credit score is in the red because of Blue Label Connect. There is no contact details or nothing to follow up or send formal cancelation email.
