Contract cancellation

<p>Apparently my number *** was changed from prepaid to contract by RMCS without my permission, for 2months now i've received R55 airtime , i try calling vodacom with no joy and was given the ***number which does not exist and they are saying there is nothing they can do,</p> <p> </p> <p>i was okay with my prepaid arrangement , please assist on cancelling this contract , they told me that it will expire in 2018 that is far too long for my liking</p>
