Contract Cancellation

On the 20/10/2015 at around 14:13 I received an sms from Vodacom welcoming me as a new client. I immediately called Vodacom customer care and I was told that my prepaid number has been moved to contract by RMCS, I then called RMCS call centre and I was told that I'll receive a call within 48hrs. on the 24/10/2015 I called back to follow up and I was told that my query has been closed and i can only cancel this contract after 6 month. Note that I never apply for contract with RMCS.
